8 Tips For an 8 hour day at the office to avoid back pain.

  1. Position monitor 18” to 24”away (approximately arm’s length) and about 15° to 30° below your line of sight
  2. Don’t let light shine in your eyes or on your screen
  3. Square screen to your line of vision
  4. Forearms 90°
  5. Thighs 90° from your spine
  6. Use a well-made adjustable office chair, preferably with padded adjustable arms
  7. Use a wrist pad to support your hands when not typing
  8. Feet flat on the floor
